1) Services
Skylight provides mobile vehicle detailing services in the Fargo, ND metro area and surrounding communities (“Services”). Service availability, pricing, and included steps vary by package and vehicle condition.
2) Scheduling and Access
By booking with Skylight, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information and service location details
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time (keys available if needed)
- Provide a safe, lawful place to work with adequate space around the vehicle
- Remove personal valuables before service begins
3) Estimates, Pricing, and Charges
- Prices shown on the Site may be listed as starting prices unless stated otherwise.
- Final pricing can vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the selected package or add-ons.
- If additional work is recommended due to condition (heavy pet hair, stains, excessive debris, etc.), we will communicate any changes before proceeding.

If you have a concern, please notify us before the appointment ends so we can review it with you.
7) Pre-Existing Damage and Vehicle Condition
You acknowledge that vehicles may have existing wear or damage (scratches, chips, fading, torn upholstery, loose trim, prior repairs, etc.). Skylight is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or prior repairs.
8) Personal Property
Please remove valuables and personal items before service. Skylight is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
9) Photos and Marketing (Optional)
We may take before-and-after photos of the vehicle for quality documentation and marketing. Photos will avoid personal identifying details whenever possible. You may opt out at any time by telling us before service begins.
10) Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt the Site, servers, or security
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without permission
All Site content is owned by Skylight or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
11) Third-Party Tools and Links
The Site may include third-party services or links (e.g., booking tools, payment providers, Google Maps, Google Reviews widgets). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Skylight is not responsible for third-party services.
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site’s operation or that Services will meet every expectation in all circumstances.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Skylight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to Services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
